Just wanted to thank you. We picked up our little guy (Richardson's Ground Squirrel)on Saturday afternoon, and he is a sweetheart. I left him alone to get used to his cage all day Saturday. Then last night it took a little peanut butter to coax him out of his log, but once he came out he curled right up in my arms and went to sleep. He has made no attempt to bite and seems to be adjusting fine. Your staff, although very busy, were extremely helpful in aiding me on what to buy. They seem very knowledgable. Having worked in pet shops before, I can say your store was one of the cleanest I have seen. Thank you very much!! Best of luck to you in the future.

Purchased a Map Turtle From the Reptile Co. Along with Most of my turtle accessories and Food. I also purchased a caspian pond turtle. They both get along great with My baby Painted turtle that I already had prior. Every time I come in to get something for my turtles I get lost in the store while looking at all of the new animals that are there! I've thought this was an awesome shop the first time I walked through the door and The people that work there are great too!! I give it 2 thumbs up :)

I recently bought a Russian (tortoise) from Jordan and would like to say I couldn't be happier with him. They were all so healthy and active that I had a hard time picking one out. (Ask Tim!!) This little guy is extremely healthy and has an unbelievable appetite. As does all of Jordan's reptiles and animals. They have been taken very well care of and obviously handled quite a bit because he is very friendly and enjoys being handled and keeps his head out when you pet him. I just want to give credit where credit is deserved and to say thank you to Jordan and Tim for being so helpful and friendly and well, just awesome!!!

Hello! My names Rhonda and you helped my son and I pick out our Gecko about a month ago. Also you were very helpful with getting his tank to the right temp. and you're always so friendly and good about my kids and the questions they have. I just wanted to say thank you for that and for the kind staff you have. We really enjoy your store and won't be taking our business anywhere else for anything we can get at your store.
We have wanted a lizard of some sort for quite some time and I have not felt comfortable enough with any store to be able to buy one until we came to you and it was our first time in your store that we decided to buy him. So we were very happy with you (Jordan) and the young girl that works there who is also so very friendly!

Curious if you guys had any more of the Water Dragons? I grabbed a pair at Afton and would like to get another pair. I saw some at our local store when I went to get supplies, and they were really dull and lazy. Mine haven’t stopped moving around and have that nice blue color on them. Let me know about a few more!

Just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with my first purchase. In the past, from other suppliers, I had difficulty getting baby ball pythons eating. This ball adjusted and ate within 3 days, and your service is very commendable to say the least.
